Report a mistake
Tell us about a wrong ingredient list, a changed recipe, a price or anything else that doesn’t match the pack. We check every report against the source before changing a page.
What makes a report useful
- Brand, exact product name, pack size and barcode if available
- The formula code, date, best-before or lot context shown on the pack
- The field that looks wrong, the displayed value and the observed value
- A dated manufacturer, retailer or official source link where available
- For price issues, the retailer, pack, delivery basis and observation time
This form accepts text and a source link only. It does not accept uploads. Do not send images or material you do not have the right to share.
After you send a report
When you see “Your report was saved”, we have your report. That does not mean the claim has been verified, accepted or published. A review should match the exact product and recipe, check the source, and record whether the report is accepted or rejected. A published recipe should never be silently overwritten.
Not an emergency or recall channel. Reports are not watched around the clock and we promise no reply time. For an urgent product-safety concern, contact the manufacturer or retailer and the appropriate public authority directly.
Privacy
We save the food, any pack or batch details, the category, your description, a source link and an email address if you give them, plus the time you sent the report and its review status. We do not add your dog profile, IP address or browser details to the saved report or to our error log. Our hosting providers may still process request details to deliver and secure the site.
Email is optional and used only to follow up on your report.
